- Plan rejected because of a £3 million funding gap

- Created in 2004 (as the CPB) with Haringey Council appointees
- Has spent the last five years developing a business plan that has more housing, no community parking and no guarantee of cinema
- 2010 Plan accepted by Haringey with a £3 million funding gap - no external funding secured in 5 years
